Cancellation Policy
Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement. CARING NURSES LLC reserves the right to discontinue services if the client's home environment poses a safety risk to our staff, if payment obligations are not met, or if the client's care needs exceed our capabilities.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CARING NURSES LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services during the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CARING NURSES LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.
Dispute Resolution
